Just to ensure that we are printing exactly what you send to us for your canvas print and photocanvas we calibrate all of our graphics screens with a special optical device called a Spider that corrects the whole system so the image we see on the screen is what our large format printer prints.
Once the canvas is printed it is then mounted onto the selected stretcher bar size you have chosen either 1.5cm or 3.5cm deep the canvas print is then stretched around the bars. We take pride in stretching and wrapping the canvas print around the stretcher bars so that over a period of time sagging does not occur. To ensure that we get stretch of the canvas correct we use the proper canvas stretching pliers and not hands like some of our competitors.
